PoWER Study
Post-COVID Work Rehabilitation & Recovery โ a research program helping people with Long COVID thrive in the workplace.
What is PoWER?
PoWER is a 10-week study exploring how job crafting strategies โ small, intentional changes to your tasks, relationships, and mindset โ can help people with Long COVID manage fatigue and improve wellbeing at work.
Who can apply?
Adults with disabilities aged 18โ67 who are currently employed (5+ hours/week), including those experiencing Long COVID symptoms for 3 or more months and are still symptomatic. Self-employed and workers' compensation recipients are not eligible.
What's involved?
Participants complete online activities and periodic check-in surveys over 10 weeks. All activities are self-paced and fully remote.
Who are we?
Dr. Vidya Sundar and Dr. Debra Brucker work at the University of New Hampshire, studying ways to help workers who have disabilities and Long COVID to keep and progress in their jobs.
